Most items at Lola’s Gift Shop are hand printed and personalised to order.

Because these products are made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

Please ensure all personalisation details and spelling are correct before placing your order.

Orders for non-personalised items may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or dispatched.

Once an order has entered the production process or has been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled or changed.
