Shipping policy
All items at Lola’s Gift Shop are made or prepared to order.
Our current processing time is 14–20 working days, unless stated otherwise on the product listing.
Working days do not include:
- Weekends
- Wednesdays
- UK bank holidays
Please note that processing time is the time needed to prepare your order before dispatch and does not include delivery time.
Store Closures
Occasionally the store may close for holidays or other reasons. These closures will normally be announced in advanceon our website or social media.
However, in rare cases such as emergencies, closures may occur without notice.
Processing times may be extended during these periods.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily ship orders using:
- Royal Mail
- Evri
However, some items may be shipped directly from our suppliers, who may use different courier services.
For this reason, we cannot guarantee a specific courier, even if a preference is selected at checkout.
Delivery Times
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times will depend on the courier service used.
Please note that we cannot guarantee delivery dates as delays can occur with postal and courier services that are outside of our control.
Incorrect Addresses
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct when placing an order.
We cannot be responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect address details provided at checkout.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact us so we can assist you.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue where possible.
