Sleepy bear iron on transfer

1. Preheat your press or iron to 150–160°C (300–320°F).
2. Prepare the garment
   Place the garment on a flat surface or heat press and press for 5 seconds to remove moisture and wrinkles.
3. Position the transfer
   Place the DTF transfer design face up in the desired position on the garment.
4. Press the transfer
   • Heat press: Press for 10–15 seconds with medium pressure.
   • Home iron: Apply firm pressure for 15–20 seconds, moving slowly over the entire design. Avoid steam.
5. Let it cool
   Allow the transfer to cool completely before peeling the carrier sheet.
6. Peel the film
   Once cool, slowly peel away the carrier sheet from one corner.
7. Final press (recommended)
   Cover the design with baking paper or parchment paper and press again for 5 seconds to improve durability.

Washing Instructions

• Wait 24 hours before washing.
• Wash inside out at 30°C.
• Do not tumble dry.
• Do not iron directly on the design.
